Okay based on the last week's votes we get this time and location:

12:00pm-05:59pm GMT, Saturdays

The end time isn't exact, it could change from time to time depending on the discussion and events duration :3

and after this we just need Luna's agreement and we can get the guild meetings running ^^

I say when the guild grows big enough there will be a meeting everyday with a cirtain guild leader being the meeting president for that meeting and the president position cycles to another guild leader and the main important meeting will be held at the same time with the guild master on saturday and sundays there won't be a meeting only a scheduled chat between serveral guild members and a guild leader on request anytime during game.
