Recruiting New Members

Hello all. We are in the process of recruiting new members.
I found that the following recruiting tactics have been very successful:

1. Find a guildless player.
2. Ask if they need help/offer party.
3. Ask where they are from or just take an interest in them in general.
4. Ask if they would like to join our friendly and helpful guild.

For me, it works about 98% of the time. Many ppl would like to join a guild, but don't feel that they are strong enough. Letting them know that we help ppl to level is a good way to get their attention. And, will surely not disappoint them=].

I have found that Roke and Zakate, as well as Parness are good places to ask.

For those who have recruiting ability, you have all done an excellent job...please keep up the good work=]
